Return And Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The return date has exceeded 7 days;
- The disposable sealed package has been opened and the product has no quality problems;
- The product has obvious traces of use;
- Missing package, accessories, or receipt, serious damage, contamination, etc.
- You may not return E-Juice, liquid products, pods, or other consumable products for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any disposable vape.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- The product/s don’t do what they are meant to, or are defective, faulty or are not of acceptable quality
- The product/s or services are different from their description
- e.g., On packaging or in advertising
- The product/s don’t match the sample or model you were shown at the point of purchase
- The product/s is not reasonably fit for a particular purpose you told the seller about and you can present your Vape Shark Australia receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
All of the above are carefully considered and measured, and the Vape Shark Australia team decides a final answer regarding the customer’s reason for Return at the time. Please note: Usually, the sale is final when you buy a product or service unless the item breaches the law. Vape Shark Australia will stand behind and support what is right for the customer.
Vape Shark Australia does not have to give you a refund or exchange if:
- you change your mind
- your circumstances change
- you find cheaper products elsewhere
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-4 business days.
