SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Here at vape shark, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, we do our best to reduce prices at your convenience, such as the shipping rate. Our flat rate for shipping is $15 for any orders under $150. If that limit is passed, free express shipping is automatically applied for you at checkout for an easier online shopping experience.
All our packages are handled and sent through Australian Post Express. All orders once shipped, will be provided with a tracking number vie your given email address, allowing you to receive real time updates and locations of your parcel. All through the convenience of your phone. If you select Express Shipping, here the expected shipping times for each major city in Australia (If an order is placed after 2:00pm ESAT, expect and additional day of delay as the order would be dispatched the next day).

When an order is placed, the transaction goes under thorough assessment before funds are withdrawn from your account. This is done to ensure optimal safety and prevention of credit card scams or theft. Due to the precautionary measure, we do not have complete control over the duration of this process.
