For customers who’ve chosen the Direct Bank Transfer option, please note that it might take 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect in our account.

Shipping
All our packages are handled and sent from Australia Via Australia Post. All orders once shipped, will be provided with a tracking number (Mon-Fri around 12 A.M.) via your given email address, allowing you to receive real time updates and locations of your parcel. For the estimate shipping timeframe please go check at our FAQ pages.
Bank Transfer Instruction
Once you have completed the transfer, please send us an email with a screenshot of the transaction for verification purposes. This will help us process your order more efficiently.
After we have received the payment, we will automatically send you Payment Received Email. (Note: Our order processing days ONLY from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed during the weekend will be held and processed on the following Monday.)
You will also receive an order confirmation email to confirm the successful payment and processing of your order. If we received the payment before 12 a.m AEST on a weekday (Monday to Friday), we will dispatch your order on the next-day.

Please note that we will NOT be able to process your order or receive your funds if any of the following occur:
- Funds are transferred to our wrong account. (If you accidentally transferred into our old account, Don’t Panic, just send an email to us and we will be happy to sorted out with you )
- Any keywords related to vape industry like “IGET,” “Vapes,” or specific flavours such as “Mango Ice” are used in the bank transfer reference or description (Just use Your name or Order Number).
- An incorrect account name such as “Vape Store” Or “Vape Shark” is used. Please ONLY use “Revo Tech Online Pty Ltd” as the account name.
- Incorrect BSB or Account Number is provided.
Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in your funds being held for up to four weeks or completely gone, and we are not responsible for any such issue.
Faulty Vape
We apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the faulty disposable vape product you received from us. As a company, we strive to offer our products at very affordable prices compared to our competitors. We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products, and we stand behind their quality. However, due to the nature of the disposable vape industry, faulty rates are inevitable. To help ensure that our customers are satisfied, we have dropped our prices to an even lower level than most of the online retailers.
As a result, we can only offer a maximum refund of $50 for the bulk/wholesale bundle after we/manufactory verified the product is faulty. We will not give refund of any sign of heavy usage on the disposable vape. We hope that this will be acceptable to you and that you understand the reasons behind our pricing and refund policy.
We want to assure you that we take all customer complaints seriously, and we will do everything we can to make this right for you. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
